He has been an executive and advisor with some of the leading financial services and consumer companies in the world including Fidelity Investments, Mercer, Putnam Investments, Walt Disney, Merck, Mattel, and VISA. He has demonstrated repeated success working with CEOs, divisional leaders and their executive teams in strategy formulation and execution in dynamic, complex business environments.
Chris previously held multiple leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, the largest retirement plan service provider in the U.S., where he served on the company’s Senior Management Team. As Head of Workplace Product, Chris led the firm’s digital transformation to service over 22,000 employers and their 26 million employees. As Head of Investment Strategists, Chris led the firm’s investment consulting to Fortune 1000 retirement plan sponsors. Previously, Chris led Product and Marketing at Old Mutual Asset Management (now Brightsphere) and served as a Worldwide Partner at Mercer. Chris is known for a leadership style that emphasizes integrity, accountability, and personal development.
Chris began his career as a management consultant at Accenture and The Boston Consulting Group where he advised financial services and consumer products companies on strategy, organizational design, technology, market share growth and profit improvement.
Chris was awarded an MBA from the Harvard Business School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with Computer Science concentration from Purdue University. He is the loving father of three children and two dogs, an avid tennis player and skier, and a hobbyist triathlete. He lives with his wife in Boston and loves to get away to Nantasket Beach in summer and Vermont in winter.
